Subscribe to TestCloud

You are automatically granted a 30-day free trial of TestCloud once you have created a Katalon Platform Account. See: TestCloud Trial.

After a 30-day trial, you can subscribe to Katalon TestCloud in one of the following ways:

• Via Katalon website

• Via Katalon TestOps homepage

When a trial or subscription is applied, all users who belong to a Katalon Platform Account can have access to TestCloud sessions.

Important:

• You have created a Katalon account.

• You must be the Owner or Billing Manager of your Katalon Platform Account. Learn more about roles and permissions at Roles and permissions.

Subscribe to TestCloud via Katalon TestOps homepage

Follow these steps:

1. Sign in to Katalon TestOps and select the desired Account.

2. Go to Settings > Subscription Management.

3. In the Additional Products section, click on the Subscribe button of TestCloud.

   

4. In the checkout page, select the billing cycle (monthly or annual) and the number of TestCloud sessions you want to purchase.

5. Fill in or update your billing information, then click Checkout.

Once you have successfully subscribed to Katalon TestCloud, go to Subscription Management > Additional Subscription to view your subscription information.

Subscription renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew on the expiry date, and you will not be charged if you cancel your subscription before that day.
