Configure Session Timeout

Note:

  • Only the Organization Owner and Admins can access these settings.

The Owner or Admin of an organization can configure a time duration after which inactive users in the organization will be logged out and redirected to the sign-in page.

  1. Sign in to Katalon TestOps.
  2. Go to Settings > Organization Management.
  3. Select Security Settings on the left bar, mouse over the Session Timeout (Katalon Platform) section.

  4. Toggled on Automatically log out inactive users from Katalon Platform.

  5. In the Timeout Limit dropdown list, choose one of the following options:
    • 1 hour.
    • 3 hours.
    • 6 hours.
    • 12 hours.
    • 24 hours.
    • Custom (in minutes): specify the desired timeout (in minutes).
  6. Click Update once finished.
When you set a number, all inactive users in your organization will be logged out after the number of minutes you have determined.
